We can produce custom shapes, put vent holes in the liner, produce ring seals, add single or multiple pull tabs, etc. We produce cap liners from all available liner materials such as; pressure sensitive, wax, or adhesive-bond heat induction materials, foam, pulp/saran, etc. Our pressure sensitive liners are normally supplied with standard "sealed for your protection" printing in black ink. Red ink is also available. Our wax bond two part liner materials are used where a secondary reusable liner of pulp or foam is retained in the cap after initial removal of the tamper proof seal by the customer. This type of liner can be supplied with or without a barrier facing on the secondary liner. If a secondary liner is not required, than an adhesive bond one piece liner material might be your choice. Heat induction liners can be supplied with either a clean peal or aggressive tamper evident adhesive. Both wax and adhesive bond liner materials can be supplied with or without printing.
